Cancellation Policy

Waxing Service Policy Appointments: We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount. Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and full-service pricing will still apply. Pre-Waxing Guidelines: Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for optimal results. Avoid applying lotions, oils, or exfoliants to the area on the day of your appointment. Inform your aesthetician of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions. Aftercare: Avoid direct sun exposure, hot baths, saunas, and exfoliating the area for 24–48 hours after waxing. Follow the aftercare instructions provided to maintain smooth results. Health & Safety: If you are using certain medications (e.g., retinoids, acne treatments) or have recent skin treatments, please notify your aesthetician as waxing may not be recommended.
